ReplyDeleteIt's not often you see anything Royals mentioned after the last weekend in September or so. This was definitely a welcome respite from that.
Of course we will all be banging our heads against a wall the next time Dayton makes a move, but lets enjoy this while we can.
a-greed, my man! i've got hope for dayton too, though. he's admitted what he was doing "wasn't working"-- making moves in win now-mode, i'd call it-- and is taking a different approach this off-season. if callaspo goes, which wouldn't be the end of the world, for me, i'll be curious to see who he fetches (remember callaspo came over from arizona for billy "whuh?" buckner-- he's got some tradin' skills). but like you say, tonight it's GO ROYALS! :D
